Who can take part?

Entries will be accepted in the following categories:

• Individual ADULT = £6
• Individual JUNIOR (11-16) = £3
• Children Under 11 = FREE
  (Please Note: Children under 11 years old may only take part under the close supervision of an adult)

How do I enter?

• ONLINE – use our online entry system HERE
• ON THE DAY – register on the day at All Saint’s Chruch, Brightlingsea from 10:00 – 10:45

Sponsorship

Please also print out a copy of the Sponsorship Form and help us to generate even more funds for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance through your own race sponsors.
Just bring your sponsorship money with you and donate it, or ask at the desk how to send the money if you are collecting after the race.
